Rules for the world Newah Quiz Contest 2021
१. न्ह्यसः लिसः कासा जूम प्रविधिया माध्यमं जुइ ।
1. Quiz will be conducted over Zoom platform.
२. छगू पुचलय् स्वम्ह दइ । दक्व पुचलय् छम्ह मिसा व छम्ह मिजं दये हे माः ।
2. There should be 3 members in each team. Each team should have a minimum of 1 male and 1 female member.

३. पुचलय् छम्ह नायः व मेपिं निम्ह ग्वहालिमि जुइ । पुचः नायलं जक न्ह्यसःया लिसः बीमाः । ग्वाहालिमि पासापिंसं बिउगु लिसः मान्य जुइमखु । यदि लिसः बि हे बिल धाःसां उकियात ल्याः बीगु जुइमखु ।
3. Each team should have 1 team leader and other two supporters. Only the team leader can answer the questions. No points will be awarded to any other member if s/he answers a question.

४. कासा जुइगु दिंकुन्हु थःगु पाःलाःपिं पुचःया स्वम्हं दुजःपिं छकू हे क्वथाय्, छगः हे कम्प्युटरया न्ह्यःने च्वनेमाः । सकलें जूमया न्ह्यःने १५ गू मिनेट न्ह्यः थ्यंकेमाः ।
4. On the day of the event, all 3 members of each team should be present in the same room and in front of the same computers, at least 15 minutes before the event starts.

5. No one other than the participants should be present in the room.
६. ब्वति काइपिं कासामिपिंसं थःगु न्ह्यःने मोबाइल, ल्यापटप, कम्प्युटर वा मेगु छुं नं स्रोत सामग्री न्ह्यःने तये दइमखु ।
6. Participants are not allowed to place any other mobile, computer or laptop devices in front of them.
७. छगू चरणया कासाय् प्यंगू पुचः जक दुथ्याइ ।
7. Only 4 teams will participate in each stage of the game
८ कासाय् ब्वति कयादीपिं तगिं ८ निसें १२ दुनेया जुयेमा।
8. Participants of the quiz must be from grade 8 to 12.
९. कासाय् अप्वलय् ३२ पुच: दुथ्याकिगु जुइ।
9. A maximum of 32 teams will be included in the contest.
१०. ब्वति कयादीपिं भाजु मय्जुपिं फक्व नेवाः तिसा वसतय् झायादीत इनाप ।
10. Participants are requested to join in Newah attire as far as possible.
११. कासा ज्वःछि ब्वति कयादीपिंसं थःगु न्ह्यःने सादा भ्वं, च्वसा (कलम वा पेन्सिल) व लः बाहेक मेगु छुं नं तये दइमखु ।
11. No other objects can be brought to the front, other than a plain sheet of paper, pen/pencil and water.

12. Questions should be answered not orally but in Zoom Chat.
१३. दकलय् न्हापांगु पुचःयात न्ह्यसःया लिसः बीत १ गू मिनेट बीगु जुइ । यदि उगु पुचःपाखें पाय्छि लिसः मवःसा व हे न्ह्यसः मेगु पुचःयात न्यनेगु जुइ । अबलय् मेगु पुचःयात ४५ सेकेन्ड जक दइ । निगूगु पुचलं नं पाय्छि लिसः मबिल धाःसा स्वंगूगु पुचःयात लिसः बीत ३० सेकेन्ड व अनंलि दकलय् लिपांगु पुचःयात लिसः बीत १५ सेकेन्ड ई बीगु जुइ ।
13. To answer each question, the first team get will get 1 minute time. If it is not answered correctly, the same question will go to the next team. The next team will get 45 seconds only. If the second team does not answer it correctly, the third team will get 30 seconds to answer the question correctly. Then the fourth team will get only 15 seconds to answer.
१४. यदि न्हापांगु पुचःपाखें पाय्छि लिसः वल धाःसा वयात २० गू ल्याः बीगु जुइ । पाय्छि लिसः मवयाः व हे न्ह्यसः मेगु पुचःयात वनीगु अवस्थाय् पाय्छि लिसः वल धाःसा निगूगु पुचःयात १५ गू ल्याः, स्वंगूगु पुचलं उगु न्ह्यसःया पाय्छि लिसः बिल धाःसा १० व प्यंगूगु पुचलं पाय्छि लिसः बिल धाःसा ५ गू ल्याः बीगु जुइ ।
14. If the question is answered correctly by the first team, they will get 20 points. Following an incorrect answer, if the question goes to second team, the next team will get 15 points. If the third team gives correct answer to the question, they will get 10 points and if the fourth team answers correctly, they will get 5 points.
१५. बियातःगु ईया दुने पाय्छि लिसः वःगुयात जक ल्याः बीगु जुइ । ई पुले धुंकाः वःगु लिसःयात ल्याः बीत बाध्य जुइमखु । ई सिधःगुया छुमां (संकेत) बीगु जुइ ।
15. Questions answered after the allocated time will not be awarded any points. Participants will be informed by a signal when their allocated time runs out.
१६. कासा सम्बन्धी ब्याक्कं अधिकार ग्वसाः खलःयाके जक जुइ । ग्वसाः खलःया नियम माने यायेगु सकसिगुं कर्तव्य जुइ । ग्वसाः खलःया निर्णय अन्तिम जुइ ।
16. Quiz organisers reserve all rights regarding the game. It will be everyone’s responsibility to respect all rules made by the organisers. Decision of the organising committee will be deemed final.
