The constitution of the Halin Newah Dabu or the World Newah Organization (WNO) has a provision to mandate a general assembly in every three years to present report from various chapters and affiliated entities. Besides it also mandates to elect the new executive body for another three years. The current executive body was formed after the first convention in London in 2011 Nepal Sambat 1132. Now the second convention is due after it completes its three years of formation. In a democratic process, a mandate from the general assembly is the uniting tools to stay free from conflicting ideas to enhance the aims and objectives of the any organization. The WNO executive meeting that was held in August 2014 has unanimously adopted to hold the second convention in the capital city of Nepal, the Nepal Mandala. The main objective of this convention is to bring all the Newah related organizations and societies, in and outside of Nepal in common ground and share the pros and cons of development. It is a humble request to all Newah related organizations and societies to convene in Nepal Mandala on Nepal Sambat 1135 Chaulaga 7, 8 and 9 (11, 12 and 13 April 2015). Please mark your calendar and make plan to attend to share your organizational activities in the upcoming historical convention of Newah People around the world for unity, prosperity, development and in defense of Newah civilization of Nepal.
